"Getting this product was a bit of a disater dealing with the shipping people, fhey were very unprofessional and rude to me. The prodcut itseld is nice the cushion but thr wood platform, wish it was more sturdy. The chair is very uncomfortable because im 5”4 and my legs hang in a weird position to the ground not at a 90 degree angle so my back has s strain from it."

Excellent product, concerning customer service

"SkinAct has always had a good reputation. My co-worker ordered a bed & it was delivered in 3 days! So I ordered a bed, waited 10 days just to find out (by calling the company for an update) the color was backordered. We placed an order for a color that was in stock- 5 day shipping. 4 WEEKS later, 12 phone calls to SkinAct & 6 different delivery dates when no one showed up. . . . I finally figured out what freight company was delivering the table & was able to get the bed delivered. The company itself dropped the ball with no follow up & no follow through. Disappointing at the very least. However, the table is incredible! It was worth the hassle as its comfortable, solid, has all the functions you'd need for massage therapy or esthetics. I would highly recommend SkinAct products to anyone, with the preface to keep the company accountable for prompt delivery & good communication."
