Shipping & Delivery Options Explained

We offer multiple delivery options depending on the size of your order. Smaller items ship via UPS or FedEx, while large and bulky items ship via freight carriers for safe delivery.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.


📦 Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (UPS / FedEx)

2–9 business days

Best for small and medium-sized items. Tracking is provided once your order ships.


Freight Curbside Delivery

3–10 business days • Delivered curbside

Large and bulky items ship almost fully assembled via freight carriers instead of UPS or FedEx.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Curbside delivery means the item will be delivered outside your home or business due to carrier liability rules. The carrier cannot bring the item inside.

We recommend unboxing at the drop-off area and using a furniture dolly to move the item indoors. Once inside, simply plug it in and attach any optional parts if desired. Please keep all original packaging and materials until you are sure you want to keep the item.


White Glove Delivery

5–12 business days • Delivered to room of choice with packaging and debris removal

White Glove delivery includes inside placement and removal of packaging materials. Items ship almost fully assembled; minor assembly and plug-in are not included unless requested otherwise.

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery (stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, and long carries may incur additional fees).


🔍 Inspecting Your Freight Delivery

Freight carriers may not allow full inspection of the item during delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging (holes, punctures, crushed corners, or other signs of impact), please refuse the shipment and note the damage on the delivery paperwork.

You may also contact us immediately while the carrier is on-site so we can guide you through the process.


💬 Damage & Delivery Issues

If any damage is discovered after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Items may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

Shipping costs and timelines apply to the contiguous United States only.
Additional charges and extended transit times may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and remote locations.

Freight carriers may charge storage fees if delivery is not scheduled within 3 business days, so please let us know your preferred delivery window before shipping it out.

Will the carrier contact me before delivery?
Yes. Freight and White Glove carriers will call to schedule a delivery appointment.

Do freight carriers bring items inside?
Curbside freight delivery does not include inside delivery. White Glove delivery includes inside placement.

Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes. A signature is required for freight and White Glove deliveries.

Why does White Glove delivery take longer?
White Glove delivery requires appointment scheduling and specialized delivery teams, which can extend transit time compared to standard freight delivery.

Can I choose my delivery date?
For freight and White Glove deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Carriers typically offer scheduling within a 3-day window.
If you need delivery at a later date, please contact us before your order ships. We’re happy to hold your shipment and schedule shipping when you’re ready to receive it—this helps avoid carrier storage fees.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the contiguous United States. Additional charges and extended transit times may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and remote locations.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What if I miss my freight delivery appointment?
If a delivery appointment is missed, the carrier may charge a redelivery or storage fee. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Some items cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Please contact us if you have questions about your address.

What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Please check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll help you with next steps.

Are there additional fees for stairs or difficult access?
White Glove delivery requires clear and accessible pathways. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or restricted access.

What happens if my shipment is delayed?
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will provide tracking updates as soon as they are available.
