"I bought this mask 6 months ago. I use it twice a week and I have been loving the results. A few months in the velcro straps started to not stick. Then just recently the side ripped where the straps attach. Customer Service said they can't do anything. Only offered a 12% discount on a replacement. I got a 25% discount when I first got it. For $200, I was expecting it to last more than 6 months."
