• Body-sized design: A larger surface covers more area per stroke, for faster, more effective sessions.

1. Apply body oil or lotion to clean skin so the tool glides without tugging.
2. Hold the tool at a flat angle, about 15–30°, against the skin.
3. Stroke upward toward the heart: ankles to knees, knees to hips, wrists to shoulders.
4. Repeat 5–10 strokes per area, using more pressure on larger muscles.
5. Use 3–5 times a week, before a workout to warm up, after one to recover, or as part of a body care routine
   

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Tool Cleaning:

• After every use, wash the stainless steel gua sha with mild soap and warm water to remove oils and lotions, then dry completely with a clean cloth.
• For professional use, wipe down with 70% isopropyl alcohol between clients, or follow your local state board sanitation guidelines.

Storage:

• Store in a clean, dry place, in its pouch or case if one is included, to protect the surface from scratches.
• Do not store the tool while it's still wet, and avoid soaking it for long periods.

Use gentle to moderate pressure. Avoid broken or irritated skin, varicose veins and bruised areas. Stop use if discomfort occurs.
