"Quality of the chair is very good. It provides excellent support, and the material feels soft and durable. Once assembled, the chair is comfortable and sturdy. My only frustration was that some of the design details shown on the website do not match the chair that was delivered. The items and features pictured online were more aesthetically appealing, and it was disappointing to find that the actual chair differs from the website images. More accurate and up-to-date product photos would help set proper expectations for customers. Overall, I’m happy with the chair itself, but the product listing should better reflect the chair being sold."
