Apply your preferred professional-grade serums, facial oils, or moisturizers to establish glide. Remove the tray cover and rest each tool between the notches, handles facing up. Choose your temperature protocol:

Warm Treatment (Relaxation & Penetration)

• Place the globes in a bowl with warm water (Maximum temperature: 48ºC / 120ºF).
• Submerge the globes for 3 minutes before gliding them across the skin to melt tension and push product into the epidermis.
  

Cool Treatment (Depuffing & Calming)

• Place the globes in a bowl with cold water, or pack 3–4 ice cubes around the spoons.
• Chill for 3 minutes. Deploy this method to soothe redness and irritation following extractions or active facial treatments.
  

Fire & Ice Treatment (Vascular Flush)

• Submerge a globe in cold water or ice, and the other with warm water.
• Wait 3 minutes. Alternate the globes during your massage protocol to stimulate blood flow and boost skin elasticity.

Care and Maintenance

Tool Cleaning:

• After every facial, wash the stainless-steel spoons with mild soap and water, drying completely with a clean cloth.
• For deep sanitation (bi-weekly or every 10 treatments), remove the silicone sleeves. Wash both pieces thoroughly, dry, and reassemble.

Tray Cleaning:

• Wipe down the custom tray with alcohol after each use, or strictly follow your local state board sanitation guidelines. For standard upkeep, wash with mild soap and water and dry completely.

• Temperature Limits: Maximum Temperature is 48ºC / 120ºF, Minimum Temperature is 1ºC / 33.8ºF Never use boiling water, dry ice, microwaves, or any electrical appliances to heat or chill the tools.
• Storage: Keep all components in the provided tray in a cool, dry place. Do not store the tools in the freezer. Hand-wash only; components are not dishwasher safe.
