Digital Katana Facial Steamer With Aroma Therapy

"I bought this to replace my older steamer because its base had become wobbly. I wanted one with a sturdier base, and I’m convinced I made the right choice! I also love the aromatherapy option. The digital controls are a nice upgrade, too. My favorite feature is the flexible head—I can position it exactly where I need it. I also like the adjustable power settings. I’ll test those further, but they seem promising. Cons: The water reservoir isn’t as large as my previous steamer’s, so it doesn’t run as long. Also, be sure to double- or triple-check that the reservoir seal is seated correctly. It definitely affects the amount and force of the steam. At first I thought my unit was defective, but it turned out to be user error. I noticed steam escaping from the back, investigated, and found the seal wasn’t properly positioned. 😅 Overall, it’s awesome. I laid under it to test it and was very happy with the steam output. And finally, customer service—especially Ryan—was outstanding!"
