White Glove Delivery
5–12 business days (add 2-3 days for booking logistics) • Delivered to room of choice with packaging and debris removal
White Glove delivery includes inside placement and removal of packaging materials. Items ship almost fully assembled; minor assembly and plug-in are not included unless requested otherwise.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery (stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, and long carries may incur additional fees).

Small packages are delivered directly to your residence or business. Tracking information will be sent to you via email. See Shipping Policy
Freight Shipping
Large packages are palletized for freight delivery to your local terminal, which will contact you to schedule curbside delivery. White Glove Delivery (inside placement) starts at $450—call 1-800-418-0830 to arrange. Inspect shipments upon arrival; if damaged, note "Damaged" on the receipt, refuse the shipment, take photos, and contact us immediately at 1-800-418-0830.
